Paraphrase Promissory note for silver.
B1 owes 15 shekels of silver to A, to be paid by the end of Addar (XII). The debtor undertakes to bring along B2 (abāku) who will pay off the debt (eṭēru N) and the creditor undertakes to return the promissory note to B1 once he receives his silver.  Perhaps related to debt in BM30990. Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe: Nabû-ēṭir-napšāti/Kiribtu//Bēl-aplu-uṣur.
