Paraphrase: Undertaking under oath to settle debts to a slave of the Egibi family with his master. Reference to the pledge of income from a prebend to the creditor.
B₁ whose second name is Nabû-ittannu declares under oath (tamû) by Bēl, Nabû and Darius to A₂ that he will bring him (ana pāni PN abāku) the brothers C₁ and C₂ by the end of Ab (V) of Darius 26^th year. He and the 2 brothers shall then pay (eṭēru) the silver, barley and dates that he and B₂, the brothers' father, owe to A₁, A₂'s slave, according to the promissory notes (u'iltu). In addition (elat), there is a previous document (šaṭaru) that concerns the term of payment (adannu) upon which B₁ agreed and the income from his ērib bīti-prebend that was taken as pledge (maškanu ṣabatu), namely 1 liter (qû) of bread and 1 liter (qû) of beer.
