Paraphrase | Undertaking under oath to settle debts to a slave of the Egibi family with his master. Reference to the pledge of income from a prebend to the creditor. B1 whose second name is Nabû-ittannu declares under oath (tamû) by Bēl, Nabû and Darius to A2 that he will bring him (ana pāni PN abāku) the brothers C1 and C2 by the end of Ab (V) of Darius 26th year. He and the 2 brothers shall then pay (eṭēru) the silver, barley and dates that he and B2, the brothers' father, owe to A1, A2's slave, according to the promissory notes (u'iltu). In addition (elat), there is a previous document (šaṭaru) that concerns the term of payment (adannu) upon which B1 agreed and the income from his ērib bīti-prebend that was taken as pledge (maškanu ṣabatu), namely 1 liter (qû) of bread and 1 liter (qû) of beer. Names of 7 witnesses and the scribe.
