- Dispute over purchase of butcher’s prebend: B raises a claim on the butcher’s prebend before Išhara that C bought from A2 (cf. BM77478+) and regarding which fA1 drew up a promissory note (uˀiltu) over 3 minas of white cut silver of 1/8 alloy (cf. BM77521). fA1 pays B 1 mina of white silver to settle the dispute. A clause against further litigation follows, including the return of the 1 mina of silver to fA1 and this tablet to B in case of further claims. 7 witnesses and the scribe (Nabû-iqīša/Šumu-iddin//Lēˀêa).
fA1 = Kabtāya/Damqia; A2 = Ana-Bēl-ēreš/Nabû-aplu-iddin/Ileˀˀi-Marduk; B = Bēl-iddin/Nergal-ušēzib//Ileˀˀi-Marduk; C = Šellebu/Iddin-Nabû//Nappāhu
