Division of a house: B inherits from A2 part of the jointly inherited house of 12 sq. of A1 and A2, after the latter had passed away (šīmtu abālu, u-bil-lu). In the 6th year of Cyrus B and A1 divide the house, with the following shares of B: 16 cubits 4 fingers on the upper side on the west, next to the house of A1, 16 cubits 4 fingers on the [lo]wer [side] on the east, next to the narrow through-street (sūqu qatnu āṣû), 15 cubits 6 fingers on the upper front on the north [next to the ex]it (mūṣû) of B2, 15 cubits 6 fingers on the [lower front] on the south, next to the house of D1 and next to plot [of the dowry of (nudunnû)] of fD2; i.e. a total of 5 square reeds 10 square fingers (ca. 62 m²). The rest, as little or much there is, together with the exit-way belong to A1. Addendum: A1 has no outstanding credits against A2 or C, so the agreement is not to be altered (enû). Each party has taken a copy. 3 witnesses and the scribe (Nabû-zēru-iqīša/Nabû-bēlšunu//Rab-banê).
A1 = Balāṭu/Kurbanni-Marduk//Rab-banê; A2 = Gimillu/Kurbanni-Marduk/Rab-banê (brother of A1); B = Bēl-rēmanni/Nabû-bēlšunu//Rab-banê; C = Etellu (his relation to r A2 is not further specified) D1 = Bēl-šumu-iškun/Nabû-zēru-ušabši//Atû; fD2 = fLū-idiya/Marduk-ušallim//Egibi
