- Obligation to produce a witness to a transaction: A1 and A2 are to have B preside (ašābu Š) as witness (mukinnûtu) to fD’s purchase document (uˀiltu) of fC, as B raises claim (ana paqāri alāku) with E over fC (cf. VAT93). A clause in case of non-compliance on pain of paying 1 mina 12 shekels of silver and 1 kor of barley follows. 2 witnesses and the scribe (Libūru/Nabû-zēru-līšir//Nabûnnāya).
