Promissory note (imittu) for dates: B owes to fA 2 kor of dates, the impost (imittu, imitti eqli) of 1 kor of land of fA’s in Kār-Tašmētu. He is to pay the entire 2 kor of dates in the storehouse (haṣāru) in the mašīhu-measure of 1 PI in Arahsamnu (VIII); additionally 10 palm-leaf baskets (tuhallu), 10 (loads of palm frond ribs [huṣābu]), [x] date baskets (gipû) and 2 containers of pressed dates (darīku). The guard’s fee (kādu) and the levy of the agricultural supervisor (gugallu) are paid. 4 witnesses and the scribe (Nabû-šumu-ukīn/Nergal-šarrāni//Dābibī). Addendum: the land is dowry property of fA.
