At least 2 witnesses.
Scribe: [...]-šumu-iškun/Šumu-libši, the carpenter(?) (naggāru) (or: [...]-šumu-iškun/Šumu-libši//Naggāru), writer of the tablet(?) (šāṭir kunukki).
The document includes the clause concerning fingernail impressions of KM, and the tablet is marked with them.
