Oath concerning the redemption of debts: B swears (tamû) to A1 by Bēl, Nabû and the king of Babylon that before the 1st of Kislīm (IX) of Darius 6th year he will bring along (abāku) the flock (ṣēnu) and draw up the accounts (nikkassu epēšu) with A1 about the offspring (tamlittu), the shorn wool (gizzatu) and the donkeys on the basis of the promissory note (u’iltu) of A2. B will satisfy A1 (harrānu ana šēpē ša A1 šakānu). 5 witnesses (including Nergal-šumu-iddin, brother of A2 and uncle of A1) and the scribe. This is in addition to (elat) the summons (šaṭāru ša adannāti).
