A1 and A2, B’s slave, will live inside a house in Bīt-šar-Bābili, belonging to C and located near the house of D1 and D2. Every year they will pay 13 shekels of silver as rental price. They will live in this house from the 3rd of Ayyār (II) onwards. Whenever they will happen to be (maqātu) in Bīt-šar-Bābili(?), they can live in the house up to one year (adi ṭuppi). Should they break the contract, they shall pay 10 shekels of silver as compensation. They will caulk the roof and repair the wall foundations. C will erect a courtyard. A1 himself will perform all the work on the roof beams and the roof. He will also take care of the cracks (in the walls). It is agreed that half of the silver should be paid at the beginning of the year, and the remainder at the end. Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe.
