Paraphrase Sale of a slave
 A1 with his wife fA2 and A3, of their own free will, sell a slave, C, to B for 23 shekels of silver. The sellers guarantee against (suits brought by) a person acting unlawfully (sēhû) or a person raising claims (pāqirānu); they also guarantee against the escape (pūt halāqu) or death of C for a one year period (adi ṭuppi ana ṭuppi). Names of 4 witnesses and the scribe.
