Paraphrase | Land rental. A rents 0;1.4 Kor (4500 m2) of land planted with trees (zēru zaqpu) adjacent to C1’s ‚and C2’s ditch for 5 years to B, who should perform gardening work (nukaribbūtu). He will plant trees (zaqāpu) on 0;0.1 Kor (450 m2): he will plant 30 fig trees, 20 trees of sweet pomegranates; 3 trees of sweet apples – all trees of good quality (babbanû) – and he will enclose them with a wall. In Abu (V), he should carry out the excavation work for irrigation, he is responsible for bringing water from the ditch in the center of the field drawing it from the previous canal.
