- About the ownership over (confiscated) slaves
A took away (abāku) two slaves (amīlūtu), C1 and his wife fC2, from fB1, for (an unpaid debt of) silver (ana kaspi)(*), but fB1’s son, B2 lodged a claim of prior encumbrances(?)(sa-ku-ú-tu paqāru, D) and led them away (abāku). It is decided that B2, not A, is to be considered the holder of prior claims (uškû). Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe: Mušallim-Marduk/Iqīša-Marduk/Sîn-nāṣir.
Notes: (*)Alternatively, ana kaspi abāku = “to buy”.
