Paraphrase Gift by a husband to his wife in lieu of dowry items.
A, of his own free will, issues a sealed document in which he gives (kanāku – dagālu D) real estate and slaves to his wife  fB in compensation for the dowry items that he had either sold or incorporated in his own assets. Thus, he gives her his share in a plot of land cultivated with trees and grain that he owns together with his brothers and that is located in Bīt-kāṣir(?) on the Ṭupāšu-Canal, as well as 8 slaves: C1, his wife fC2, her 5 children ( D1, D2, D3, D4,fD5), and fE.  All this is given in lieu of (kum) the following dowry items: 30 minas of white silver, 2 minas of gold, 5 minas of silver (in the form of) coils (qullu), 10 bracelets (semeru), and the two slaves (F1 and fF2) whom A had sold. Names of xxx witnesses and the scribe.
