Paraphrase | Apprenticeship contract fA gives (nadānu) C1, her husband’s (C2) slave, to B during 5 years to learn the art of weaving (ina išparūtu). B will teach C1 all about the weaver’s craft. fA will give C1 each day for 1 year (adi ṭuppi ṭuppi) 1 sila of bread and clothing. When he doesn’t teach the weaver’s craft, he will pay each day 0;0.1.0 kor barley to the slave as his wage (mandattu). The party that breaches the contract (nabalkutu), has to pay (nadānu) 20 shekels of silver.
