Paraphrase | Resettlement of claims among business partners. Concerns A1's and A2's claim (rašûtu) for at least 150 bundles (pītu) of onions (exact amount is broken off) that they hold against B within the framework of a business partnership (harrānu). The onions are C's investment in the business. A promissory note stating B's indebtness has been issued (u'iltu e'ēlu). In the present document A1 transfers his part of the claim to A2 (pāni dagālu) who thus becomes the sole titleholder (ana muhhi e'ēlu). Names of 2 witnesses and the scribe: Bēl-iddin/Bēl-upahhir//Dābibi. A1 = Nabû-mukīn-apli/Bēl-ušallim//Arkat-ilī; A2 = Nabû-ušallim/Īnia; B = Šumu-ukīn/Zēria; C = Silīm-Bēl/Bēl-nādin-apli//Kānik-bābi |
