Paraphrase Court record about the settlement of a debt
A argues his case (dibbu dabābu) against (itti) B before the E= sartennu and the judges of Nabonidus. C, B's father owed a debt of 2/3 minas and 4 shekels of silver to A's faher and a house belonging to C was pledged as collateral for the loan. The plaintiff presents the debtnote (u'iltu) to the judges and the sartennu and reads (šasû) it to (ina mahar) them. The judges and the sartennu demand (erēšu) from B to show written proof (riksu idātu) that the debt has already been paid (ša eṭēru), which he is unable to bring (abālu) After deliberation (malāku, Gt), the sartennu and the judges award (pāni dagālu Š) several parcels of B's land, amounting to a total of 2 reeds 2 cubits 8 fingerlengthsmeasuringto A. They also write a tablet (šaṭāru) including the precise dimensions of the parcel, to ensure the permancnee (ana la enê) of the land transfer,  seal it (ebēru) with their seals (kunukku), and hand it over to A.Names of the sartennu and 7 judges; and two scribes: Nergal-bānûnu//Rab-banê and Nabû-ahhē-iddin//Egibi.
