It consists of 1 kor (13500 m2) of land from his land at the Hazuzu ditch that is planted with trees (zēru zaqpu), 3 slaves (amēluttu) and household utensils. Each of the parties has taken one copy of the present document. Names of 3 witnesses, among them the brother of A, and the scribe Kurbanni-Marduk/Etellu//Ēṭiru, who is the son-in-law of A.
