Paraphrase | Sale of slaves. Fragmentary. A, of his own free will, sells slaves to B, through a proxy fE: the slaves are C1 and his wife fC2, C3, C4, fC5, fC6,C7, C8 (name missing, his eldest brother), C9 and C10. In total, he sells ten of his slaves for a purchase price amounting to 22 minas of silver. After a large gap in the tablet, the warranty clause must have followed (only the words “A guarantees against..” are extant). At the end of the text, the seller acknowledges that he has received the entire sum of the purchase price from the buyer. Names of xxx witnesses.
