Mušēzib-Marduk/Kiribtu(//Sîn-nāṣir) purchases an inharitance share (zittu) in a date grove from Aḫḫēšāya/Ḫašdia//Šangû-Ninurta (A). The other share belongs to Zibāya/Ērešu(//Šangû-Ninurta), uncle of A.

The field is located in Uruk in the quarter (erṣetu) of the temple of Ninurta (bīt Ninurta). It is adjacent to the (tp)temple of Ninurta, the street and the properties of Ērešu//Šangi-Ninurta and Zibāya/Ērešu(//Šangû-Ninurta). This is the agreed area under sale, irrespective of whether the plot is found to be larger or smaller (mala bašû) (upon measuring). 

3 minas and 50 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) are declared (maḫīru nabû) as the purchase price. It is received with (u) a supplementary payment (atru) of 7 shekels. A relinquishes any future claims on behalf of his household.

Purchase of a garden: A purchases a date garden (kirî gišimmari) for 3 minas and 50 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu), together with an additional payment (atru) of 7 shekels of silver, from B₁. The sold garden is the (inheritance) share (zittu) the seller divided (zâzu) with his uncle B₂. It is located in the district (erṣetu) of the Ninurta Temple inside of Uruk. Its upper side borders on (the property of) the seller’s grandfather B₃ and its upper front on (the property of) the seller’s uncle B₂. Its lower side borders on the Ninurta Temple and its lower front on the street (sūqu). Neither cardinal directions nor measures are given for the sides of the plot. 11 witnesses and the scribe.
