Paraphrase Purchase of land: A purchases wasteland (kišubbû) for [x] minas of white silver (kaspu peṣû), together with an additional payment (atru) of ½ shekel of silver, from B. The sold land is located in the district (erṣetu) of Babylon inside of Babylon. Its upper side (in the north) borders on he house of C1 and its lower side (in the south) on the narrow street (sūqu qatnu). Its upper front (in the east) borders on the house of C2 and its lower front (in the west) on the house of C3. Like A, also C1 and C2 belong to the family of Ea-qayala-išemme. The size (given in reeds) of the plot is not preserved. No cardinal directions are given in the record. 2 witnesses and the scribe. Instead of a seal impression (kunukku), fingernail impression (ṣupru) of B.
