Paraphrase Expenditures of gold and golden objects for a breast ornament of Bēltu-ša-Rēš during times of hardship: Kudurrānu receives 11 ½ shekels of gold, remainder of the gold for the breast ornament (irtu) of Bēltu-ša-Rēš, comprising 51 mountings (mandītu) for cylinder seals, 25 golden pomegranates (nurmû), 21 chains (harharu), 27 rings (sanhu), 25 zuburinnu (mng. unknown) of golden pomegranates and 27 gi’nâtu ša summuhu (gi-i’-na-a-ta ˹šá su˺-um-m[u], mng. unknown) for the golden breast ornament of Bēltu-ša-Rēš.  This administrative procedure happened during the locking of the gate (edel bābi), that is, during times of hardship.
