| Paraphrase | Loan of silver: B owes A 2 1/3 minas of white silver (kaspu ṣepû) by 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel. The debtor will pay the silver, without interest (qaqqadu), in Nisān (I). He has to pay this silver as a penalty for the flock (ṣēnu) which is illegally seized property (ṣibtūti) of A. It is instead of cutting off (batāqu) his hand (rittu). 7 witnesses and the scribe.
