Receipt of dates: In Ulūl (VI) of the present year the scribe A receives from B1 38 kor (6,840 l) of dates which B1 and B2 owe to him and the priest (šangû) of Sippar. It is the income from impost (imittu) of Darius 26th year for the treasury (namkūru) of Šamaš in Borsippa, in front of the gate (abullu), on the main road (harrānu rabîtu). 10 kor (1,800 l) out of the total sum were paid to C according to (akî) the letter order (šipirtu) of the two creditors. A returned (târu) the document (šaṭāru) according to which D guarantees (pūtu našû) for B1. A did not receive dates from D on account of B1. B1 has to return to A the letter order of the two creditors. Each party has taken a copy. 6 witnesses (including Iddin-Bēl/Ahhē-erība, aramaic scribe of the treasurer [sēpiru ša mašenni]) and the scribe.
