Paraphrase Transfer of slaves as security for a dowry
The first part of the tablet records in direct speech B’s request to his son-in-law A1 for a compensation of his daughter's (A2) dowry silver after the  creditors (rāšû) of A1’s father reduced it (nušurrû šakānu). A2’s dowry consisted of 7 mina of silver, 3 slaves (amīlūtu), household utensils (udê bīti), and an additional 3 mina of silver belonging to the dowry casket (quppu). The second part of the tablet records in direct speech A1’s statement of accedence for this dowry compensation. In response to B’s request A1 grants ownership title over (pāni dagālu Š-stem) the slave fC and her 3 children, the slave fC2 and her 2 children and whatever he owns in and outside town in a sealed document (kanāku) instead of the 7 mina of dowry silver (kūm nudunnû). Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe.
