Paraphrase | Sale of a slave. A, of his own free will, sells his slave C, whom she bought from D, to B for 1 mina of medium quality silver, of which 1/8 is alloy, forever (ana ūmī ṣâti). A, E and D guarantee against (suits brought by) a person acting unlawfully (sēhû) or a person claiming (pāqirānu) that C is a royal slave (arad šarrūtu) or a free person (mār banê). They guarantee for each other.
