Multiple transactions of the same type: per diem allotment of comestibles to prebendholders (for the preparation of the offerings).
The first two lines, broken, must have included the customary introductory reference to basic foodstuffs, distributed to a class of prebendary workers (brewers and/or bakers) as allotments for a six months period, i.e. from Dûzu (IV) to Ulūl (VI). The entries are separated by horizontal lines and record such distributions with the usual “n (amount of goods) for X days (of cultic service), (allotted to) PN, he has received” (n ša X ūmu ša PN našû [wr. GIŠ]). Specific reference is made for which month and which god (pāni DN) the workers have received the allotted goods. The formulary of this text follows the one described by Freydank 1971, 25-28.
