Denunciation of a thief. Ilu-dannu-aḫḫēšu-ibni/Nanāya-iddin, ploughman (ikkāru) and oblate (širku), denounces Mukīn-zēri/Innin-šumu-uṣur to Nabû-mukīn-apli/Nādinu//Dābibī, bishop (šatammu) of Eanna, Nabû-aḫu-iddin, royal representative (ša rēš šarri) and commissioner (bēl piqitti) of Eanna, for having sold star-marked (kakkabtu) cattle to Anu-ban-aḫi/Šūlaya. He must retrieve the cattle and return it to the temple. Four witnesses and Itti-Marduk-balāṭu/Nabû-mukīn-apli//Dābibī, the scribe. |
