Paraphrase | Administrative record of transfer. Dated. Multiple transactions of different types: re-allocation of delivered dyeing materials to a weaver. The Eanna temple received (mahāru, Stat.) 12 minas of alum (gabû) and 20 minas of hūratu-dye, worth x+⅛ shekel of silver. The source of this delivery is not mentioned. It is now at the disposal (ina pāni) of A, the weaver, for dyeing (ṣīpu) the ṣuppātu-wool.
A= Bēl-iqbi (/Nabû-ušallim), weaver (išparu), also known as a temple-serf, see Payne 2007 (PhD diss.), 162 |
