A of his own free will (ina hūd libbišu) gives in adoption (ana maruti nadanu) his son C to B, who is the brother of the child’s mother. B has been raising C since childhood and he has trained him in the art of reading and writing (liginnu šugbû). Now, as a result C is the son of B. Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe: Arad-Marduk/Kabtia//Šangû-Ea.
