Paraphrase Lease of land: B will open (petû D-stem) and complete (qatû D-stem) (before the sowing) the newly cleared arable land (zēru taptû) of A located in Borsippa until the end of Tašrīt (VII). In accordance with what he will dig out (herû), B will be paid (eṭēru Stat.) in wages in dates (sissinnu) from A. For every kor of land he will let go fallow (nadû Š-stem), B will give 1 kor of dates. In addition, B and C will open the land for turning it into cultivated land (bīt dulli) which is due from (ina muhhi) them and give it to A. In this case the wages in dates are paid. 2 witnesses and the scribe.
