- Negative assertory oath. Very Fragmentary.
Apart from the first 3 lines, the middle part of the tablet is broken. A swears (tamû) before Bēl, Nabû and king Darius that except (alla) for 1 promissory note issued (verb is lost in a lacuna) on the name of D…The following line is fragmentary and mentions a claim (rašûtu) of/which E. Approximately 5 lines are missing. A fragmentary passage before the list of witnesses mentions that A will bring along (abāku) C (his co-debtor?) to Babylon and will settle (qatû) his lawsuit (dibbu) with (itti) B. See also BM 30733 (Dar 187). Fragmentary names of 3 witnesses. The scribe is Munahhiš-Marduk/Bānia//Egibi.
