Agreement concerning the delivery of misappropriated bricks: B, on behalf of (ina našparti) C, will bring to the Giššu Gate and give to A kiln-fired bricks (agurru) until the 26th of Arahsamna (VIII). B will bring these bricks instead of the 400(+) kiln-fired bricks of C, which he brought and handed over (našû-nadānu) to a citizen of Babylon. If B does not do so D, who guarantees (pūtu našû) for B, will pay 1 mina of silver as compensation of the shortfall (miṭītu) and damage(?) (iq-bi) inflicted (nadû) by B. 2 witnesses and the scribe.
