- Transfer of property: B voluntarily (ina hūd libbišu) transmits under seal (dagālu Š-stem-kanāku) to his wife fA 49 square cubits (85.75 m2) of land (qaqqaru) with its front being cultivated land (bītu mērešu). The transferred property is located in the irrigation district (tamirtu) Qutānu and in the hanšû-land of Bīt-Ilūtu-bāni. It ranges from the front of the Canal of the […] Palace to the dyke (kilâtu) of the hanšû-land. Its upper side borders on Hahhūru and its lower side on (the house of) C. The land is cultivated by a group of slaves (amīlūtu) headed by D who shall not be divided (zâzu). As long as fA and B live, they will enjoy the usufruct (akalu akālu) from the land – after their death it belongs to their sons. 3 witnesses (including Erība/Marduk/Šumu-ukīn//(Ea-)ilūtu-bāni; Širiktu/Lūṣi-ana-nūr-Marduk//Ilī-bāni and Nabû-bullissu/Širiktu//Ilī-bāni) and the scribe.
