Paraphrase: Transfer of property: B voluntarily (ina hūd libbišu) transmits under seal (dagālu Š-stem-kanāku) to his wife ^fA 49 square cubits (85.75 m²) of land (qaqqaru) with its front being cultivated land (bītu mērešu). The transferred property is located in the irrigation district (tamirtu) Qutānu and in the hanšû-land of Bīt-Ilūtu-bāni. The land is cultivated by a group of slaves (amīlūtu) headed by D who shall not be divided (zâzu).
