Paraphrase Loan of silver: B1 and B2 owe the siblings fA1 and A2 50 shekels of silver by 1/8 alloy (bitqu) per shekel, without interest (qaqqadu). The house of B1, which borders the house of C and […] Eanna, is placed as a pledge. It is pledged to the creditor in lieu of paying interest (antichretic pledge). 8 years they will dwell in the house. They will repair (batqu ṣabātu) the walls (asurrû) and renew the roof (ūru šanû). If the costs for the work they perform (dullu epēšu) and for the bricks (libittu), reed (qanû) and beams (gušūru) make less than ¼ (shekels) of silver, they will charge (manû) B1 with the expenses. Each is responsible for the other (ištēn pūtu šanû našû). The one who violates (nabalkutu) the agreement will pay (šalāmu D-stem) 5 shekels of silver. 2 witnesses and the scribe. The contract was drawn up in the presence of (ina ašābi) fB3, mother of B1.
