Paraphrase
Purchase of a date garden: A purchases from B 0;0.2 square kor (900 m2) of arable land (zēru), a garden planted with date palms (kirî gišimmarē zaqpu), for 1 mina of white silver (kaspu peṣû) in pieces (šibirtu), together with an additional payment (atru) of 2 kor (360 l) of barley. The sold garden is located in the irrigation district (tamirtu) of the Oven Gate (bāb kīri) in the hanšû-land of Supē-Bēl//Ilūtu-bāni. Its upper side and its upper front border on (the properties of) A and its lower front on (the property of) C.  Its lower side borders on up-hi (mng. unknown). At the sealing (kanāku) of the sealed document (kunukku) were present the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Borsippa (Marduk-nāṣir//Nūr-Papsukkal) and the enterer of the Nabû Temple (ērib bīt Nabû) and bishop (šatammu) of Ezida (Nabû-aplu-iddin//Nūr-Papsukkal) as well as witnesses 2 (Itti-Nabû-balāṭu/Nabû-mušētiq-uddi//Ilī-bāni and Nabû-mušētiq-uddi/Bēl-lē’i//Ilī-bāni) and the scribe and writer of the sealed tablet (šāṭir kunukki). Instead of a seal impression, fingernail impression of the seller.
