- Purchase of a share of hanšu-land: (During times of hardship) A purchases one half share (mišli zitti) of hanšu-land belonging to C for 12 shekels of silver in pieces (šibirtu) from B1 and B2. The sold land reaches from the Old Canal to the dyke (kilâtu). The measured area (mišihtu) of its ditch (sūru) beneath (šupālu) the town of Bēl-iqbi is 13 square cubits (22.75 m2). The transaction is concluded in the presence of the governor (šākin ṭēmi) of Borsippa (Nabû-bēl-šumāti//Iliya) and the bishop (šatammu) of Ezida (Nabû-nādin-šumi//Nūr-Papsukkal). The main part of the witness list together with the date and other possible text parts are broken. The few names preserved from the witness list are incomplete and described as “broken” (hepû).
