Paraphrase Promissory note for revenue from impost on land, to be delivered in dates.
B owes 30 kor of dates to A, revenue from the impost on land (imittu), to be delivered in Arahsamna (VIII) to the courtyard (haṣāru). He should also deliver the usual by-products of the date cultivation: for each kor of dates he shall give spathes (tuhallu), fibres (mangagu), spadices (gipû), a load of firewood, (and) 2 darīku-containers. He should pay for the habû uhinnu-tax. He has not received (eṭēru) any remuneration for his gardening work (šissinnu). There is the (still to be completed) settlement of accounts (epuš nikkassi) with the debtor concerning the imittu of the [xth year]. Included are the 5 kor of dates from the undivided assets (karû). Witnesses.
