Paraphrase | Promissory note for silver. Pledge of slaves. Fixation of interest. B owes 1 ½ minas and 5 shekels of silver to A, to be paid without interest (qaqqadu) in Ayyār (II). The payment is secured by the pledge of the debtor’s slaves (C1 and C2) to A, the creditor(*).From Simān (III) onwards, the usual 20% of interest should be paid on a monthly basis. Witnesses.
