Paraphrase | Promissory note to pay a debt of barley, silver, and browned ghee to the head of the Egibi family. Silver had been transferred to the debtor to pay off his creditor. Return of the promissory note for previous debts that were paid back. B should deliver the full amount (gamru) of 10 kor of barley that are due from him to A at the end of Simān (III) of Darius' 22nd year in one instalment in the creditor's house in Šahrīnu and according to the latter's measure. He will also deliver the 10 shekels of white, medium quality of silver and the one container (nispu) of browned ghee (himētu qulītu) that are due from him. A has promptly returned the previous promissory note (u'iltu) for 12 kor of barley, capital amount (qaqqadu), 1 object the nature of which is broken*, and browned ghee which were owed to his slave (C) by B, to B (târu D-nadānu).
