Paraphrase
Adoption agreement with bequest of promissory notes: B transfers (dagālu) a total of 3 ½ minas 5 shekels of silver in promissory notes, the credit of B in circulation (ina sūqi), to his adoptive son A. After one year A will give (nadānu) 2 kor of barley, 4 vats of fine beer and 1 gulīnu-garment to B (in fulfilment of his duty) as a son (ša mārūti). B is to hand over to A the promissory notes for the 3 ½ minas 5 shekels of silver. B will enjoy the interest on the silver in his lifetime. The promissory notes are the following:
1 mina 10 shekels of silver owed by C1, for which B took (ṣabātu) his house as security, in which B lives;
50 shekels of silver owed by C2;
1/3 mina of silver owed by C3;
15 shekels of silver owed by C4;
15 shekels of silver owed by C5;
10 shekels of silver owed by C6;
½ mina 5 shekels of silver owed by C7, which was drawn up (eˀēlu) in the name of fC8.
4 witnesses and the scribe (Nabû-mušētiq-uddê/Bēl-ušallim//Sîn-tabni). Addendum: each party has taken a copy.
