Paraphrase

55 ½ minas of wool from 47 ewes are owed (ina muḫḫi) by Bēl-aḫu-iddin. Bibēa will deliver (nadānu) it to Eanna on [Kan].09.IV.15. 

The text was written in the presence of (ina ušuzzi) Šamaš-ilāya, Royal Resident (qīpu) of Uruk and Eanna. 

Note 1: The reverse of the tablet was left blank and contains a cylinder seal impression (Ehrenberg 1999 no. 219). 

Note 2: The king is not mentioned after the year number. The tablet was dated by Kleber (2008: 52) to the regency of Kandalānu, based on the mention of Šamaš-ilāya, which was active as qīpu between the years 6-14 of this king.

Promissory note for wool: B owes Eanna (Ištar Temple) 55 ½ minas of wool from 47 ewes. He has to deliver it on the 15th of Simān (III) to Eanna via C. The transaction is concluded in the presence (ina ušuzzi) of the qīpu of Uruk and Eanna (Šamaš-ilāya). Witnesses and the scribe.
