| Paraphrase | Fixation of interest at default. B owes [x] minas and 5 shekels of silver to A, to be paid on the 1st of Tašrīt (VII). Should he fail to meet the deadline, he will have to paying interest on a monthly basis. The interest rate is fixed at 1 shekel minus (maṭû) one-sixth of a shekel (suddû, wr. 6-‘). Any promissory note that B comes up with (ša B [i]-il-la-a) is invalid (hepû) (Or: the promissory note that is issued for B has been paid). Names of 3 witnesses, a.o.
