Paraphrase | Undertaking to have the payment of barley for imposts registered in the central administration’s bookkeeping. It concerns the 240;0 kor of barley for the uppiyatu-impost that is due to the Crown (makkūr sarri). B, the …(uncl)-official (lú na?-AB-HU) measured it (mašāhu) and gave it to A, slave of E. This took place at the royal harbor (karê šarri). A claims (qabû) that he entrusted (paqādu) the barley to C. In order to support his claim, he should book his payment with C and give proof of its registration to D (uzuzzu - nadānu), the supervisor (bēl piqitti) o.b.o. the treasurer (mašennu). He should do this not later than (adi) the 10th of Dûzu (IV). Names of 7 witnesses and the scribe.
