Most of the tablet is broken. Only one sentence can be reconstructed: No other creditor shall exercise any rights, until the silver is fully repaid to A. According to this, A is the creditor of an amount of silver secured by a pledge (probably a field cf. Wunsch 1993, n. 230. Fragmentary names of 3 witnesses and the scribe.
