A, the gardener swears (tamû) to B before Bēl, Nabû and king Darius and in the presence (ina pāni) of the freemen (mār-banê) that he will come (alāku) by the 8th of Šabāṭ (XI), argue his case (wr. dib!-⌈bi x ⌉-ma, =? dibbu dabābu), and end (the dispute) (qatû). Names of 5 witnesses and the scribe.
