- Sale of slaves.
Seller pays off debts to the temple. A, of his own free will, sells fC1, fC2 and fC3, 3 female slaves (amēluttu), to B for a total purchase price amounting to 3 minas of silver. Part of the price, namely 2 minas and 5 shekels of silver, has been paid to D, the overseer of the herd (rab būli) of (the temple of) Bēl, who will then give (the silver) to the Esagila, in order to cover what remained of the seller's debt (kūm rēhu) in small livestock (ṣēnu) to the temple. The seller guarantees against (suits brought by) a person acting unlawfully (sēhû) or a person raising claims (pāqirānu) over fC1, fC2 and fC3. Names of 4 witnesses and the scribe: Bēl-erība/Ahūšunu.
