Paraphrase Dissolution of a business (partnership).
The document opens with a list of the equipment (udû) that A should give (nadānu) to fB, slave of C: 5 beds (eršu), 10 chairs (kussû), 3 tables (paššuru), 1 lamp stand (ingurēnu), 3 knives (sirpu), 1 iron spade (marru), 1 axe (qulmu), 1 fermenting vat (namzītu), 1 potstand (kankannu), 1 kettle (mušahhinu), 1 stand for a large vessel (šiddatu), 1 pair of tongs (maššānu), 1 chest (arannu) of ušukullatu - reed. They no longer own anything jointly. They will not renew litigation (târu) against each other. A is not allowed to take out (wr. ul !>-še-UṢ-ṣu lit. will cause to go out) any of the equipment that belongs to fB between now and (adi) the end of Šabāṭ (XI). fB will pay the house rent (idu) from her own assets (ultu ramānišu nadānu). Names of 3 witnesses and the scribe. After the list of witnesses, the scribe, date and place, it is mentioned that A should give the document that states D’s credit claim to fB.
