Paraphrase | Promissory note for silver within the framework of a business partnership (harrānu). B owes the basic sum (kaspu qaqqadu) of ½ mina and 5 shekels of silver to A, to be paid together with its interest (hubullu) in Nisan (I). The (indebted) silver is what C invested in a business partnership (harrānu) (with A and B). Names of 2 witnesses and the scribe: Bazūzu/Šamaš-uballiṭ (= the debtor).
