Paraphrase | Establishment of a business partnership (harranu). A1 and A2 invest 5 minas of silver and 130 pieces of empty barrels in a business partnership with two slaves: B1, slave of C and B2, slave of A2. The parties agree that the investors are entitled to a share in whatever the slaves make with the silver and the barrels in or out of town that equals that of the slaves. B1 and B2 should be fed (aklu akālu G, lit. "eat bread")) and clothed (mu%iptu katāmu N) for the entire period that they run the business (našpartu alāku), and this in addition (elat) to the household utensils that are (already) at their disposal.
